Posted 29th May
After a strange two months, we’ve made the decision to reopen for business on Tuesday 2nd June. As you would expect, there will be some slight changes to how we run things for the first few weeks, but we’re very pleased to be back!
As we’re not going to be at full staff capacity for a while, we will be opening from 10 am to 3pm every day for the first few weeks. If our social distancing measures are working well for us and you, we will then return to normal hours.
We’ll be operating the same system as we did shortly before we closed. The following measures will be in place until further notice, to protect our staff, and to protect you, the customer:
Online orders will continue as normal, and we’ll be using a courier who is also enforcing social distancing measures. Delivery times may be slightly longer than our usual 48 hours, but we’ll minimise disruption as much as we possibly can.
Orders to be collected from us or delivered by our van must be placed over the phone, and payment by card taken over the phone too if necessary. Orders for collection will be left in a dry location outside our premises and visibly marked with your name. Your delivery note / receipt will be attached. Orders being delivered will have your documents attached, and our driver will adhere to our hygiene and distancing rules when on your premises.
If you have any queries at all, please call us on 01603 722264. We’ll be back at 10am on Tuesday, and we look forward to hearing from you.
