January reopening – Covid measures remain in place

We reopen after our Christmas break on Monday 4th January. Whilst we all hope that 2021 will see things returning to some sort of normality, for the time being we will be continuing to run Jones & Cane with special measures in place. Our customers have been tremendously patient with changes up to now, and we thank them for it! These measures keep us all safe, and also help ensure that we can remain open with as little disruption as possible as the pandemic stretches into 2021.

Contactless deliveries and collections

The cash and carry at our Rackheath showrooms will keep its doors closed for the early part of January, and possibly longer. As things are changing so much and so quickly at the moment it’s a little difficult to predict when this can change but we’ll keep you updated as decisions are made.

We’ll continue to take telephone orders if you’d like to come and collect or have your goods delivered in the Norfolk area. Goods to be collected will be left somewhere safe and dry for contactless collection, and goods delivered by our van will be left by our driver at a safe distance. Online orders will continue to be processed as usual, as long as our courier continues to operate as usual.

Thank you for your understanding

We’re very grateful to our customers for their patience over the last few months as it’s been a testing time for everyone! Like so many of the people we sell to, we’re a small family business working under unprecedented conditions and sometimes the whole situation has seemed simultaneously stressful and utterly bonkers! We hope that through the chaos we’ve been of some help to others like us. Our aim is to continue to provide you with good quality packaging at fair prices, and to maintain the excellent customer service you expect of us. For the near future this may be on a slightly reduced scale, but we’ll do our best to stay open, stay well-stocked and stay smiling – even if you can’t see it!
