Here are some answers to questions we're often asked. If you have a question we haven't featured, please feel free to contact us and we'll get back to you with a reply within 24 hours.
Do you deliver orders or do I have to come in to the showroom?
If you're sure what it is you'd like to order, you can do so by phone or email and we'll deliver free in the East Anglia region for orders over a minimum of £70. Our delivery van covers this area, and carriage can be arranged for customers further afield. However, if you're not sure exactly what you need, why not drop in and see what catches your eye.
Can I order online?
We're currently working on our online shop. In the meantime you can order by email or over the phone and pay by card, or cheque or cash on delivery.
Do you sell environmentally friendly products?
We stock a range of "green" products. Paper bags are one of our specialities, and we can source a multitude of shapes and sizes as well as the range we have on the shelf. We also sell recycled and degradable polythene bags, reusable cotton carriers and jute bags.
Can I have a carrier bag or sack with my own design on it?
Yes, you can. We supply printed packaging for a variety of uses from carrier bags to paper sacks and boxes and can help you with design and layouts for your packaging.
